Hi, I’m Rachel
It’s hard to find a therapist you feel safe to be yourself with. I am a trained and experienced therapist passionate about working with all clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, different, or just need some better help.Â
I enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, dissociation, and spiritual abuse. I have experience supporting clients all throughout the lifespan, and am happy to welcome teens, adults, and families of all kinds to our in-person or virtual office. My approach is goal-oriented, trauma-informed, solution-focused, collaborative, and client-centered, and I incorporate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, activities, and art.
My Background
I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate supervised by Camille Williams, LPC-S.
