Hi, I’m Tori.
Change is not easy and neither is opening up to people. If you’re here, it means you’re considering help and probably have a lot of questions about what to expect. My primary role is to create an empathetic, safe, and collaborative space. Together we will examine parts of your past, challenges in the present, and hopes for the future while honoring your intersecting identities and natural strengths. I’ll hold space for you to cry, vent, make jokes, or swear — while helping you to deconstruct unhelpful patterns, set healthier boundaries, heal trauma, and embrace your most authentic self.
My Background:
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Work- Supervisor (LCSW-S) in the state of Texas and have been in practice for over 5 years. I received a Masters of Social Work with a specialty in mental health and substance use from the University of Texas at Arlington. I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My clients tend to struggle with anxiety, depression, self-worth, perfectionism, exploring their identities, trauma, and relationship issues. I welcome adults, teens, and couples for therapy in our office in Southlake. I also offer online therapy, if you live elsewhere in TX or have a busy schedule, help is still in reach.
