Helena Collins Roberson. M.A, NCC, LPC, 

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been in practice for 7 years. I love working with clients who struggle with life transitions, womens issues and anxiety. I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. I am also a Certified School Counselor, and a Certified Anger Resloution Therapist. I love spending time with my daughter and my husband I enjoy traveling, eating, and reading.

Mischell Coe. M.S, LPC, LCDC-S

Mischell is dual Licensed as a Professional Counselor and Chemical Dependency Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. She has been in practice for 11 years. Mischell is highly skilled  working with clients in active duty, veterans, and military families. Culturally competent, Mischell  holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Wayland Baptist Univerisity. Mischell has a strong trauma focus, as well as PTSD. Mischell is a passionate and dedicated therapist who believes in the resilency of the human spirit.

Tori Olmos, MSW, LCSW

Tori is a Licensed Clinical Social Work in the state of Texas and has worked within the behavioral health field for several years. Tori holds a Masters of Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington.
Tori’s clinical experience includes inpatient behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, mood stabilization and suicide prevention; as well as providing support and resources to the mental health community. Tori is highly skilled working with adolescents and adults. Tori specializes in trauma-informed care and is a passionate therapist about reducing the stigma of mental health by empowering individuals to find healing and stability.

Rachel Allen . M.S, NCC, LPC-Associate

Rachel is an LPC-associate. She obtained her M.S. in Counseling from Southern Methodist University with a specialty in Clinical Mental Health and a focus in LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy. She’s  worked with teens, adults, and families with various concerns including anxiety and depression, and has experience providing gender-affirming care. She is a Grapevine, Texas native and enjoys working together with clients to achieve their goals.”

Meet Our Administrative Assistant

April Stevens

April has worked in the medical field pretty much all of her adult life. She has a variety of experience ranging from billing for anesthesiologists to billing for major hospitals.

 She about 10 years off to stay home and raise her beautiful kids. They are teenagers now which has allowed her to continue her education in Medical Billing and Coding while being an Admin Assistant to 3+ wonderful therapists.

In Aprils spare time she likes to read, travel, spend time with friends and hike. In Aprils words…..”I also really enjoy helping people. I like to think I see the world in a different perspective than most and it makes me feel good to show people another way to look at things”.

Gifted in establishing rapport quickly, Our approaches focus on empathetic guidance, identification of client strengths, and replacing destructive patterns. We specialize in treating adults struggling with anxiety and depression, suicidal ideation, divorce and relationship concerns, identity issues, chemical dependency, Trauma, and low self-esteem. We also, have a passion for working with adolescents, and teenagers ages 15 and up.
We enjoy working with individual clients of all ages, offering couples counseling, family counseling and parenting consultations. We can help with teen anxiety and depression, anger, and ADHD.
We believe in fostering awareness and insight through self-empowerment, identification of strengths, and empathetic guidance. Our practice ascribes to evidence based practices including Solution-Focused therapy, EMDR Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We look forward to working with you!
